Workshops

This workshop is designed to help schools improve or create policies that are clear, concise, and effective. Participants will learn the principles of policy writing, including how to identify the purpose and scope of a policy, how to structure a policy document, and how to use language that is easily understood by the intended audience.

The workshop will also cover how to incorporate feedback and input from stakeholders into the policy development process. Participants will leave the workshop with a toolkit of best practices and strategies for improving or creating policies that meet their school’s needs.
