Workshops

This workshop is designed to help teachers and schools create or improve their marking policies to raise student achievement. Participants will learn the principles of effective marking, including how to provide constructive feedback, how to set clear expectations, and how to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.

The workshop will also cover how to use marking to promote student engagement and motivation, and how to use marking to inform future instruction. Participants will leave the workshop with a toolkit of best practices and strategies for improving or creating an effective marking policy that meets their school’s needs.
